Fianchetto Chess Charity

Fianchetto Chess Charity exists to make chess accessible, meaningful, and impactful for everyone. Through free lessons, community events, and outreach programs, we use chess as a tool to develop critical thinking, discipline, confidence, and resilience—skills that extend far beyond the board.

Founded in July 2024, our organization brings together players of all skill levels to learn and grow. In 2026, we launched our initiative to give back. Our goal is to donate 200 chess sets to Cook Children’s Hospital, providing young patients with a positive and engaging activity during their hospital stays.

Led by a former national chess champion, our programs emphasize mentorship, collaboration, and lifelong learning. By partnering with schools, local organizations, and community groups, we aim to create opportunities for students and players who may not otherwise have access to structured chess education.

Every lesson taught and every game played helps us strengthen our community and support meaningful causes. Whether you’re a player, parent, volunteer, or supporter, you’re helping us use chess to inspire growth—on and off the board.
